In order to become a medical “home” for each patients’ unique needs, the Hope Clinic provides a variety of non-urgent medical services. These services include chronic disease management, acute illness management, women’s health, physicals, etc. Appointments are required and preferred for most types of visits. Walk-ins are accepted during walk-in hours for acute illnesses such as the ones listed below.

 

Acute Illness management- Appointment preferred

Includes the following: headaches, migraines, earaches, sore throat, urinary tract infection, etc. Reminder: Please go to the nearest Emergency Department if experiencing crushing chest pain or severe shortness of breath. 

Pending provider availability, walk-in office visits are available and limited to patients that are sick.

As a walk-in, please be aware the visit is added to our schedule of patients. 

Walk-in hours are as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday:  7:30 am- 2:00 pm

Wednesday and Friday: 7:30 am- 10:00 am

 

Chronic Disease management- appointment required

Covers the following diseases: Diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, depression, anxiety, and many others.

 

Due to the development of Covid-19 some acute symptoms, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc. may require a COVID-19 test. Telemedicine appointments are available upon request or may be suggested by a provider.

 

Women’s Health: Appointment required

Women’s health includes: Pap-smears, breast exams, hormone therapy, etc.
