Pam Martin - Executive Director
Pam Martin joined Hope Clinic, Inc. as Executive Director in January, 2007. Prior to that, she co-founded AOM Inc., a primary care payment company and served as the CEO. Her background includes both medical practice management as well as accounting and insurance agency management. Pam is a graduate of Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York and is the wife of Hope Clinic’s founder, Dr. William B. Martin.

Dr. Michael Sineway
Dr. Michael Joseph Sineway was born in Atlanta, Georgia and has been practicing medicine for more than 40 years. He majored in chemistry at the Georgia Institute of Technology before pursing his medical education at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Jewish and Barnes Hospital system in St. Louis, Missouri in 1982. From 1982 to 1984 he completed his Pulmonary fellowship at Emory and other affiliated hospitals before starting Gwinnett Pulmonary Group with another Pulmonary specialist in July of 1984. Dr. Sineway is Board Certified in Internal Medicine as well as Pulmonary Medicine and has always taken an interest in Internal Medicine while working as a Pulmonary specialist. Dr. Sineway joined the Hope Clinic in 2023 after the passing of its founder, Dr. William Martin, with the compassion to continue Dr. Martin’s legacy of providing quality care to those with limited access to healthcare.
Dr. Sineway has been happily married to his wife, Jan, for over 45 years. They often enjoy the company of his three children, along with his daughter-in-law and son-in-law. They have six wonderful grandchildren, ages 2 to 13 years old. With much excitement and extreme happiness, Dr. Sineway looks forward to carrying out the legacy of Dr. Martin and continuing the care for his patients.

Jennie Mathen - NP-C , Chief Nursing Officer
Jennie Mathen, our Chief Nursing Officer, has been a dedicated nurse practitioner at Hope Clinic since 2016. She trained alongside Dr. Martin, embodying the same compassion he had for patients. Passionate about removing barriers to optimal care, Jennie's journey from a patient care tech to a nurse on the cardiac telemetry unit to now a nurse practitioner for 8 years at the Hope Clinic reflects her unwavering commitment to professional growth. She graduated with both a Bachelor’s in Nursing and a Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Mercer University.
Beyond her professional achievements, Jennie is an active member of Victory Church in Norcross. Happily married with three beautiful children, she finds joy in travel, connecting with loved ones, and creating cherished memories. She is a dedicated member of Georgia Indian Nurses Association and currently serves as the secretary. In addition she and her husband are dedicated to the marriage ministry at Victory. She brings her passion for both professional and personal fulfillment to every aspect of her life.

Nehali, - FNP-C , Chronic Care Manager
Nehali Patel, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, joined the Hope Clinic family in 2020 as a triage nurse. Here, she discovered her passion in empowering patients with chronic conditions, particularly those who are uninsured or underinsured. She revamped and relaunched the clinic's Chronic Care Program, Hope For Wellness, and continues to guide patients through personalized education and compassionate care, helping them manage chronic conditions like diabetes effectively. She dedicates Monday to Thursday to patient care, while also spearheading quality improvement initiatives and fostering the clinic's growth and development.
Beginning her healthcare journey in 2014 as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Chicago, Nehali felt drawn to a deeper patient connection. Transitioning to nursing in 2019, she earned her BSN-RN and honed her skills in the NICU at Northside Hospital. Further driven to expand her impact, she pursued her MSN-FNP at Brenau University.
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, Nehali finds joy in connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds. When not immersed in healthcare, she loves spending time with her husband in Snellville, Georgia, and getting lost in a good book.
